Analysis
Meadow Park 2 is fairly low density although it is surrounded by a few other low-cost condominiums which make the area quite crowded. Besides Meadow Park 1 & Meadow Park 3 nearby, Desa Cindaimas and Tiara Villa. Large matured neighborhoods like Happy Garden, Taman Yarl and Taman Kuchai Jaya surround this community. Access to Meadow Park 2 is via Jalan Klang Lama exciting at Jalan Sepadu or even via Jalan Kuchai Lama. The Lebuhraya Pantai Baru and Lebuhraya Persekutuan just minutes away will take residents to Puchong, Sunway, and Kuala Lumpur in 15 minutes. Meadow Park 2 was developed by Talam Corporation, a developer with many subsidiaries that has been blacklisted by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government. Talam Corp is known for its many low to medium cost housing developments and subsequent financial troubles led to many delayed and abandoned projects. Meadow Park 2 is run by Pusat Perbadanan Meadow Park 2, the management corporation set up upon issuance of the strata title. Meadow Park 1 & 2 do not differ much on its resale value. Rental is pretty much the same as well for both properties ranging from RM900 - RM1,000 depending on whether it is furnished or not. While there is covered parking available for residents, units that have more than 1 car to their household have to park outside if rental units are completely taken up. The additional cars parked along the road do cause quite a bit of congestion. But for those who like the Old Klang Road area, Meadow Park is an affordable places with many amenities.
