Mont Kiara Pelangi was strategically placed as it is in such a position that public transports are easily available and the roads are linked to all major expressways. However, being in the upper of the city, cab drivers take the pleasure in ignoring meter rates and charging more than necessary. Hence, if you do not posses your own transport while residing here, you would have to fork out a lot on traveling alone. Of course there are buses and such but they are always packed and never on time. Years ago there was, residents complained that the security at Mont Kiara Pelangi was poor. But since then, the management office has taken proactive steps to improve the security. New measures taken include adding an extra security guard during the night shift for dual patrolling purpose, covering the car park areas and also the surround perimeter of the condo. Currently, the management has recently upgraded the lobbies of Venus & Apollo towers to enhance the aesthetics of the condo. The upgrading of the lobbies was completed in January 2010, as part of the 4 main upgrading tasks being planned. The other 3 tasks are lifts upgrading, building re-painting, and guard house upgrading. Overall, residents gave very favorable comments and feedback to the upgrading work. When all is complete, it will definitely raise the value of the property.Apart from the four major upgrading in plan, Mont Kiara Pelangi Management Corporation has upgraded a few areas to date:

Gym Room has been given a new face-lift with all new gym equipment.
