    Truly a luxury condominium situated at a great location. Many potential buyers are really fond of the locality of Seringin Residences. Most units get to have breath taking view of Kuala Lumpur skyline right from their living room and also the master bedrooms. However, although the MEX Highway can be used to access to and fro Seringin Residences, many have stated that it is actually not convenient to access to MEX Highway from Seringin Residences as they have to make a U-turn in front of Endah Parade to get there. There are also speculations of the potentials of low rental yields regardless of the expensive price tag as one needs to have at least RM3,000 in rental to make their investments worthwhile which is hard to come by nowadays considering the fluctuations of economical state right now. Besides that, some have also mentioned the fact that there is no nearby public transportation which is an inconvenience to those who are not driving. Some are also concerned about the upcoming new Chinese school, SJK(C) La Salle as they are worried about traffic congestion after the Chinese school starts operating.
