Many were concerned about the fact that Le Yuen Residence has a man-made beach in which to them, is not a practical concept that is to be applied in an area like Kuchai Lama. Some commented that they fear the management of the condominium will not pay much attention in the maintenance of the "beach area" in the coming future and hence, affecting the value of the property as the man-made beach is one of the highlighted selling points of Le Yuen Residence. In addition, there was also a rumour saying that there will be a hospital to be built near to the property and this has also been an issue for most people as some might not like to stay too near to a hospital.
