Analysis
Dynasty Garden is a high density area as Kuchai Entrepreneur Park itself is an established commercial area with hundreds of active shops. This can be evidenced by a visit in the area during office hours as it is very crowded with cars and people. Hence, traffic congestion is a norm in the area. Car park bays also seem not sufficient to cater the residents need. Each unit only comes with a single car park (the condominium was launched without a car park, but most buyers bought at least a car park bay), and excess cars are being parked right in front of the condominium, near the entrance. Even though it is illegal, it is at least a car park alternative for residents who possess more than a car.
