    In its hey day, Villa Putera was one of the most prestigious condominiums to reside in. At this address lived entertainers, artists, politicians, and business people. Sadly, times have changed and many have moved elsewhere despite the excellent location (on paper). In terms of investing, rental yields recently averaged at 7-8%.
