Bistari is suitable for short and long term business stay. Its rental is reasonable for a property amidst the heart of KL city centre. Not only that, its rental rate is way cheaper than the hotels nearby and serviced residences in KLCC and Bukit Bintang enclave. There have been several complaints by the residents regarding illegal serviced apartments service which are operating without license from the authorities. Bistari is purely a residential complex. The residents there are fighting with the operator and the Management Committee to stop this illegal operation. Reports have been lodged with the authorities.
