There is also the choice of using SMART tunnel which is a stone's throw away that can briskly bring residents to the PJ area. Being in such a central location, issues are next to none when it comes to accessing major roads.

    Developed by Semangat Cergas, this is a fully owned subsidiary of Berjaya Land. Berjaya Land is a main board listed conglomerate with businesses in Hotels, Resorts and Recreations Development e.g. Berjaya Langkawi Beach & Spa Resort, Property Investment and Development and Gaming like Berjaya Sports Toto. Under Berjaya Land's cap, they have completed a whole host of mixed development; from commercial buildings, resorts, apartments, condominium, landed and industrial developments.Ixora Apartment' location is highly commended if one wants a true understanding of city living. Over and above this, as it is located in an established neighborhood, amenities and conveniences are ample. Having said that, like many other developments within the vicinity, the apartments are dated. Unfortunately, not only are many of the developments in Pudu dated, their upkeep has also been poor. As a result, this has been reflected in their sub-sale prices. The silver lining is that we are beginning to see Pudu being re-visited. Some new developments are beginning to crop up. Hopefully, it will provide a facelift to the place and provide better light onto Ixora Apartment.
