    In terms of design, there is not much different than its older sibling, Casa Mutiara – which is just a stone's throw away from Casa Residency. The differences between these two are its color scheme and modern design facade for Casa Residency. However, in terms of layout, the smallest built-up at Casa Residency is 535 sf, while Casa Mutiara has 325 sf unit as its smallest one. Also, Casa Residency does not have studio unit like Casa Mutiara, it only has 2- and 3-bedroom units. Hence, its Type M and L with built-up sizes of 535 sf and 650 sf are not practical and too compact. Indeed, the demand in the area is so appealing - most investors here have gained nice yield from rental as well as capital. Just like Casa Mutiara, they are gaining about 7% to 9% of rental yield. And there is potential for Casa Residency to enjoy similar return.
