Centrepoint is a commercial centre that comprises of two 19-storey office towers. Completed in 2007, the towers were named Centrepoint North and South. Located on Jalan Lingkaran Syed Putra at Mid Valley City, the towers boast a combined 450,000 sf of lettable space amidst rows of retail shop-offices, shopping malls, and hotels all within this mixed development of Mid Valley City. This huge commercial development which includes The Gardens North and South Towers, The Gardens Hotel and Residences and The Gardens Mall are all built by IGB Corporation. Centrepoint South was actually completed first and was designed as open-plan office spaces for corporate offices. Each floor can house up to four offices suites and sizes of offices range from 3,000 sf to 13,000 sf spaces. Centrepoint North was completed three months later as multiple small offices for executive suites. Each floor can house up to twelve executive suites and range from 700 sf to 1,350 sf of office spaces. Both towers are 20 storeys high architectural majesty of metal, concrete and glass curtain walls each with their own designer lobbies and state-of-the-art security features.

The Centrepoint towers provide instant office suites with meeting and conference rooms available for rental. Perfect for small executive offices that do not require much of office space and handles most transactions online or via telecommunication means. Rental at Centrepoint is competitive but slightly higher than neighboring Northpoint which offers rental beginning from RM4.50 psf.
