As the headquarters of BSN, the building is strategically situated and easy to get to. For the general public, driving or taking public transportation will have no problems finding this building. Parking however, can be a problem along this stretch even with the two open-air car parks available. There are currently no lettable areas in Wisma BSN. The building is fully occupied by Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).
