Three28 Tun Razak has a rough selling price of RM1,000 psf. Considering it is located in KLCC, which is currently selling at roughly RM1,200 psf, it is considered an instant bargain at launch price. It is a general conception that well-known developers, leveraging on their goodwill sell their developments at a mark-up of 10%-20%. Tan & Tan Developments, being a subsidiary of the Bursa Malaysia listed company IGB, certainly has made a name for itself in the development scene and is considered by many a solid developer.Being located within KLCC, the location is certainly ideal. The good name of the developer almost guarantees a solid development. Facilities are not as good as the most savvy developments, but the rather old-school aura which emanates from the design of the building is marketed towards the elder generation I would say. A general all-rounder, Three28 is a sound investment; which explains why 60% of units were snapped up within two weeks of launch.
