It has easy access and well-connected to major highways surrounded by prominent office buildings, embassies, medical centre, international schools and nearby retail malls such as Pavilion KL and Suria KLCC.Having Prince Court Medical Center just less than half km away, the ambulance siren coming back and forth from the hospital may not please the residents. The residents must also expect some congestion when leaving and coming back home as Jalan Tun Razak is always jammed especially during peak time. There were also complaints about The Horizon Residences being overpriced compared to other properties in the same area, which investors may consider on.
