Living within KLCC enclave, one can have everything including dining with friends and family at fancy restaurant, getting to work, jogging at the park and even shopping at prime shopping malls; all within short driving distance. There are plenty of office towers and shopping malls located nearby Suria Stonor. If nightlife excitement is what you are looking for, it is also nearby Jalan P Ramlee which comprises of rows of bars and clubs. Previously, residents of units that face KLCC were pleased with mesmerizing views of KLCC at night. But after Park Seven was fully developed in March 2008, the whole KLCC and city views are entirely blocked. Unlike most of selling strategy used by developers which charge premium price and promised unblock views of KLCC, the sales team of Suria Stonor actually informed buyers the fact that Park Seven would be built and block the views of KLCC, thus no premium was charged for units facing KLCC.Platinum Park, located next to Suria Stonor, is one of the developments currently under construction in the area. Upon completion, this integrated development will bring more value to the neighborhood. The entire development of this "Ultimate Address", will comprise of office towers, shopping malls, and luxury condominiums. It has a gross development value (GDV) of RM3.5 billion in total.Looking at the large layouts available, one can notice that Suria Stonor is aimed for local and expatriates families living. But seeking education might be an issue, as there are not many government schools situated nearby. Fortunately, there are shuttle buses that ferry students to various international schools at various pickup points in KLCC.Nonetheless, the Stonor enclave is an exciting area to reside within KLCC vicinity.
