Suria Stonor is a luxury twin towers condominium residing within the green lung of KLCC enclave and was developed by the reputable Glomac. Suria Stonor comprises of 138 condominium units with large built-ups of 3,048 sf to 8,604 sf. There are only 4 units on each floor for both 23-storey towers. It was launched in mid-2005. Suria Stonor features luxurious living with "Garden in the Sky" concept, as it offers airy and generous space and surrounded by lush greenery. There are three types of units available, which are single, duplex and penthouse. The single units comprise about three quarters of the total units, and consist of 2 different layouts, each with 3 sub-variants. 28 units of duplexes and 8 penthouses are offered on the higher floors. Penthouse residents are pampered with special private lift to incorporate residents’ lavish lifestyle.There are various layouts to choose from at Suria Stonor. The 4+1 unit comprises of 3,264 sf and comes with an additional AV room, which is equipped with its own attached bathroom and study room. Master bedroom is built with walk-in closet and its attached bathroom is equipped with Jacuzzi. Meanwhile, the 3+1 unit does not come with AV room and its wet kitchen is a quite narrow. As for the duplex unit that comprises of 5,447 sf, it features large space of living, dining and family areas. Persiaran Stonor or Stonor enclave is famous for being less developed and less congested within KLCC vicinity and remains as the green lung of the city.     Living within KLCC enclave, one can have everything including dining with friends and family at fancy restaurant, getting to work, jogging at the park and even shopping at prime shopping malls; all within short driving distance. There are plenty of office towers and shopping malls located nearby Suria Stonor. If nightlife excitement is what you are looking for, it is also nearby Jalan P Ramlee which comprises of rows of bars and clubs. Previously, residents of units that face KLCC were pleased with mesmerizing views of KLCC at night. But after Park Seven was fully developed in March 2008, the whole KLCC and city views are entirely blocked. Unlike most of selling strategy used by developers which charge premium price and promised unblock views of KLCC, the sales team of Suria Stonor actually informed buyers the fact that Park Seven would be built and block the views of KLCC, thus no premium was charged for units facing KLCC.Platinum Park, located next to Suria Stonor, is one of the developments currently under construction in the area. Upon completion, this integrated development will bring more value to the neighborhood. The entire development of this "Ultimate Address", will comprise of office towers, shopping malls, and luxury condominiums. It has a gross development value (GDV) of RM3.5 billion in total.Looking at the large layouts available, one can notice that Suria Stonor is aimed for local and expatriates families living. But seeking education might be an issue, as there are not many government schools situated nearby. As for expatriates, the nearest international schools are Fairview International School, Sayfol International and Alice Smith International School, which requires around 15 minutes driving from Suria Stonor. Fortunately, there are shuttle buses that ferry students to various international schools at various pickup points in KLCC.Nonetheless, the Stonor enclave is an exciting area to reside within KLCC vicinity. It offers pleasant homey feeling to its residents with lesser congestion in-front and secluded greenery. No wonder residential in this enclave has higher occupancy rate than other part of KLCC.
