Stonor Park is an exclusive low density condominium within greenery part of KLCC enclave. It is the first high-end condominium development in KLCC vicinity, which was launched back then in 2003. Besides that, Stonor Park was awarded the winner of FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2007 Residential (High Rise) Building of the Year. It is a project by Beneton Properties, a reputable developer. The developer's reputation can be evidenced by the quality and design of Stonor Park, as well as its other products, including 2 Hampshire, Prima Villa and Hotel Maya. Stonor Park is situated right next to Park Seven and The Pearl (estimated to be completed in 2010). Other immediate neighbors are Istana Kelantan and Istana Terengganu, and also numerous embassies.     There are plenty planned developments that will be launched soon within the area. These include Tan and Tan Developments' 6 Stonor, which scheduled to commence this year, that located just a stone's throw away from Stonor Park. 6 Stonor comprises a 30-storey condominium block that houses 106 units. Besides that, The Pearl residential project will also commence its construction works very soon. The construction works would produce noise and air pollution to the area. Adding with the gas emission by the vehicles from surrounding area, the air would be living hell. Besides that, there are plenty new comers that would possibly affect the property market within KLCC enclave. Most are estimated to be completed on the first quarter of 2009. Among others which are going to be completed within the end of the year are One KL, The Troika, Ampersand, and Idaman Residence. The nearest to Stonor Park are 6 Stonor and The Pearl. Even though Stonor Park is highly rated by the professionals, as well as its residents, potential tenants and buyers would most probably looking for newly developed residential to get the fresh feel. Moreover, traffic congestion is one of the main issues for living in KLCC enclave. If you need to commute more than 5 kilometers to go to work or send your children to school, you cannot escape to be stuck in the traffic during peak hours along Jalan Ampang, Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Raja Chulan and Jalan Bukit Bintang.     这一带有相当多的高级公寓楼盘推出市场,距离Stonor Park也不远,所以住这里有段时间必须忍受噪音污染,加上有不少新楼盘加入竞争,可能影响KLCC一带的公寓行情。近几年竣工的新楼盘就包括 One KL、The Troika、Ampersand以及Idaman Residence;最靠近Stonor Park的新盘就是6 Stonor 以及 The Pearl。Stonor Park虽获得住户和专业人士的高分评级,但潜在租客和买家多会选择更新的楼盘来选购或入住,因为贪新鲜是人类本性。此外,住这里必须面对交通拥堵情况,哪怕是5公里路程去上班或送子女上课,免不了会堵塞在Jalan Ampang、Jalan Tun Razak、Jalan Sultan Ismail、Jalan Raja Chulan以及Jalan Bukit Bintang一带。这里比较不适合家庭居住,因为学校选择不多,距离寓所3公里之遥的学府包括Fairview国际学校、Sayfol国际学校以及Alice Smith国际学校。寓所范围内也没什么儿童游乐设施,但不远处的KLCC公园倒是个进行亲子活动的好去处。
