Menara Taipan is developed by TSSB, under directors of SHL Consolidated Bhd, which is also renting Wisma Sin Heap Lee and Wickham Residence. Although listed in Rahim & Co's website, it is said that it is no longer involved in the sale of Menara Taipan. It is listed for sale at RM306 million.
