Kuala Lumpur motorists will have to endure traffic along Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Tun Ismail to reach the office tower. However, there are numerous public transportation nearby such as Raja Chulan Monorail, Bukit Nanas Monorail, Bukit Bintang Monorail and KLCC LRT. Public busses are also available within short walking distance.

The office tower holds the headquarter of Bank Islam Malaysia, with other tenants being Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (MAIWP) and Lembaga Tabung Haji.Other amenities nearby Menara Bank Islam are Olympia College KL, Hakka Restaurant, Isetan @ Suria KLCC store, Wendy's Burger fast food, and Suria KLCC shopping center.The location is so strategic and linked to almost all types of amenities, making it a popular choice for Muslims to have their Friday congregational prayer in the basement, dubbing the parking bay as 'Underground Friday Prayer Centre.The general complaint about Menara Bank Islam building is unfortunately its lift system, with people commenting that the waiting period is too long. There are many reserved parking bays in the basement, making visitors of the building frustrated having to pay just to browse without finding an actual parking space.
