Fraser Place is managed by Frasers Hospitality, a subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Group. It was initially priced from RM1,230,000 onwards, or at RM780 psf and RM980 psf back then in October 2004. Initial buyers were offered a zero entry cost and a guaranteed gross return of 8% per annum for 2 years.Meanwhile, the 14-storey office block at Lot 163 was sold to an en-bloc purchaser for about RM23 million, around RM650 psf. While the remaining 15 retail lots in the serviced apartment block were sold for RM1,500 psf to RM1,800 psf during the launch.In spite of being strategically located few meters away from KLCC twin towers, Fraser Place is sandwiched in the middle of Wisma Rohas Perkasa, Wisma Hong Leong and Marc Service Residence. Hence, units that face Wisma Hong Leong are better than another, as Wisma Rohas Perkasa is very near to the serviced residence.
