    The development seems to be very slow and it seems to be delayed from the scheduled completion date. Perhaps, Naza TTDI is still looking for a taker or might be too busy with their multi billion project of Platinum Park. This is not a surprise since some of the developments within the Platinum Park itself are delayed though they are scheduled to be completed by second quarter of 2012. The development of Eminent 213 is indeed quite a mystery for the public since its launch back then in 2010. There have been news spreading around over the internet that says the project has been cancelled and converted into a residential project instead. According to the rumor, the project is a serviced apartment that consists of two 40-storey towers. And that the indicative selling price would be more than RM1,600 psf.
