    Just at a glance, it can be seen that Corinthian is not well maintained. It is evidenced by the faded paint on the building. It really needs a fresh coat of paint to revamp its image to regain its status as an exclusive condominium.Competition among high end residential in the vicinity is very stiff due to mushrooming of plenty of new and modern condominiums. Just meters away from Corinthian, there are several new condominiums such as The Troika, Dua Residency and Desa Kudalari set to win over tenants. So far, there are still some units at Corinthian that can enjoy some views of Kuala Lumpur skyline. But in few years time, all these remaining views will vanish due to completion of The Troika, a proposed 40-storey serviced apartment next to Corinthian and another office tower construction located meters away. Buildings surrounding Corinthian are very close to it. Like Hotel Nikko, whereby the hotel and the condominium are only separated by a two-way lane narrow street. Thus, people from the hotel can look through resident's activity through their windows.With all these new developments going on, the area will get congested and crowded once they are completed. Traffic jam along Jalan Binjai will also get worse. At the mean time, air is dusty and noise from the construction works can be heard from any corner in Corinthian. Investment wise, without any renovation work from the management, the price of Corinthian will maintain stagnant at around RM450 to RM500 psf, depending on unit. Its rental rate will remain low around RM3,500. Without a doubt, Corinthian is among the best located condominium in the enclave. It is a great home for urbanite who wants to live in the midst of the bustling city centre, but want to cut budget at the same time.

    表面上看来,Corinthian保养得并不很好,感觉有点年久失修,要维持其尊贵观感,有必要全新髹漆,让外表焕然一新。在这几年里,这一区大量兴建现代化高档公寓住宅单位,楼盘之间的竞争异常激烈,距离Corinthian不远处,即有The Troika、Dua Residency以及Desa Kudalari竞相招揽租客。目前,部分的Corinthian单位还可以观赏到吉隆坡璀璨夜景,迟些时候恐怕就没机会了,因为环绕Corinthian的建筑物既高且近,譬如InterContinental KL酒店,只与其相隔一条街,酒店住客可轻易从窗外看到公寓内的情景。当附近一带高档公寓全线竣工,当地的交通拥堵情况可能进一步恶化。由于管理层没有进行什么翻修工程,Corinthian的房价一直保持在每平方尺RM450至RM500水平,租金也停滞不前,大约RM3,500。尽管如此,Corinthian最可贵是处于“地王”位置,对在吉隆坡工作的都市人来说,是一处租金预算不高的好选择。
