There have been several luxury condominiums launched in the enclave, such as myHabitat, Damai 206, and more are coming. These new launches have raise the bar for the asking price to around RM800 psf.At Anjung Damai, the 20 units at Anjung 5 is opined to have the better location, thus, commanding better value than the 15 units at Anjung 10.
