The exclusivity feature is added with two lifts provided together with a private foyer for individual access. 2 Hampshire suitable for family living, as each unit measures from 2,440 - 3,321 sf. For the furnishings, main and secondary entrances are built with timber doors. The developer furnishes the flooring with marble for private lift lobby, living, dining and master bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished with timber flooring except the maid's bedroom which furnished with tiles. Kitchen is equipped with exhaust hood and hob, and worktop with under counter cabinet. Master bedroom, living and dining are equipped with a wall mounted air-conditioner unit in each area.     2 Hampshire is accessible via Persiaran Hampshire that connected to Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak. Persiaran Hampshire is congested mostly during peak hours, as residents have to share the road with others who work at Megan Avenue and Menara Asia Life which are just across the condominium. Not only that, bad traffic congestion from Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang also worsen the situation. Besides that, residing in between two of the busiest roads in Kuala Lumpur and in the busiest enclave in the city might be hectic to your life. Plus, there is a planned development going to be commenced on the vacant land next to Hampshire Place. Also, there are several other projects including 29-storey and 30-storey apartments going to be started soon. As the construction works commenced, residents have to bear worse pollutions. Looking at the price tag, 2 Hampshire is somewhat pricey for most investors. Thus, the development seems to target big shots, expatriates, and royal members for own stay. Unlike its immediate neighbors which are studios and smaller sized apartments that are more suitable for rental. Due to its high tagging price, 2 Hampshire was not sold very well by the developer. Even by the end of 2006, loads of units are still available despite after 2 years being in the market. This should indicate a slow demand for the property, even though it was launched back then when our country's economy was still nourishing before being hit by the global economic downturn.There is a little oversupply of residential within the small area along Persiaran Hampshire including Hampshire Park, Hampshire Residences, and Hampshire Place; as well as around the vicinity like K Residence, Panorama, Jelita Court, Taragon Puteri YKS, D'Mayang, and Crimson Court. There is also a possibility that other residential will be filled out before 2 Hampshire, as other immediate competitors are priced far less around RM600 psf. But if you are buying for own stay, this luxury condo is definitely a notch above the rest.
