    The news on the development of 188 Suites has been around in all over the newspapers and magazines since end of 2009. It was previously known as Project 3KL and Lot 188, before ending up with 188 Suites. Just like its predecessor, it is sold as fully furnished unit - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooking implements, cutlery, washer and dryer, bed, built-in closet, sofa, dining table et cetera. Even though 188 Suites is very well located within the Golden Triangle, it is also badly situated right besides Kampung Baru Muslim Cemetery. There might be a good chance that the Muslim cemetery will be relocated some time in the future, giving way to modern city urbanization. In addition, the area will looked cramped following the upcoming Crest Jalan Sultan Ismail, Summer Suites and Platinum Victory high rise developments, not to forget that 188 Suites is also located next to Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Highway (AKLEH).
