Mutiara Villa is an established and renowned condominium among investors as it is one of famous properties to deliver decent return throughout the years. Due to its ageing factor, it has becoming less favored by investors. However, the management has taken the effort to revamp Mutiara Villa in recent years, where they have given the condominium a new coat of paint and refurbished some lifts.
