Tribeca's selling point is definitely its strategic location, which draws the attention of many property investors. For example, it only takes 5 minutes’ walk to Pavillion Shopping Mall as well as other shopping malls along Jalan Bukit Bintang, which is well known as an ultimate shopping destination in Malaysia. On top of that, office towers and embassies are located within 1 to 2 km away, which could be very useful especially for expatriates. To travel around, driving may not be the best option for the residents due to congestion. Parking spot could be a problem as well because residents of studio units are not given one. Luckily, public transportation can be easily reachable by walking, to 2 readily monorail stations and another 2 proposed MRT stations. On top of that, it is also located nearby bus stops and taxi stands. However, there are some concerns on the launching price as some believe that it is a bit overpriced – considering that it is not really located within the posh area of Bukit Bintang – though it is positioned right behind the likes of Doresett Regency and The Ritz Carlton.
