    Datin Alicia Tiah, managing director and chief executive officer of TA Enterprise claimed that the company has received aplenty interest from potential overseas buyers that include developers, fund managers and others from countries like Korea and Australia. Via the development of Nova Square, TA Enterprise is set to boost its hospitality business as mentioned by Tiah back then in 2008, "Our corporate plan is to go into the hospitality business. I won’t exclude the possibility of acquiring hotels but I rather build.".The company envisions making the development to become a 6-star hotel and serviced apartments, with retail and F&B outlets. Currently, TA only owns Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney in Australia, a 5-star hotel, and Coast Whistler in canada. Also in the pipeline is another current hotel development on a 0.92ha tract near to the Petronas Twin Towers.

    TA Enterprise 董事经理兼首席执行员拿汀陈桂芳对外声称此建设项目获得许多海外潜在买家的关注,当中包括发展商、基金经理和部分来自韩国和澳洲。Nova Square落成后,TA Enterprise就能如愿以偿拓展其酒店业务,陈桂芳於2008年已经提到公司的发展方向。“我们的企业方向就是要踏足大马酒店业务。 我不排除公司会直接收购酒店,不过我更希望公司本身去建设酒店。”TA Enterprise希望把Nova Square打造成五星级酒店和豪华公寓,同时带有零售和餐饮店。目前,TA 只拥有位于澳洲悉尼的五星级 Radisson Plaza酒店和加拿大的 Coast Whistler。目前另一项酒店建设项目位于国油双峰塔附近的一片0.92公顷土地上。
