    Analysis

    Even though Menara Puteri is old, it is still decent and livable compared to other run down condominiums in the area. It still has potential to appreciate further as newer condominiums nearby such as Residency Mutiara and 633 Residency are asking for over RM550 psf and RM700 psf respectively. However, Menara Puteri is less favored compare to other nearby neighbors as its location is next-door to low-cost flats and just a stone's throw away from a Muslim cemetery. But if you do not concern much about your neighbor, this is a good place to stay as it is near to amenities and public transportation. Menara Puteri will be great for ones who work nearby, such as Dataran Maybank, Menara UOA Bangsar and offices within KL Sentral enlave (e.g. 1 Sentral and Plaza Sentral).
