The two private schools are Methodist College Kuala Lumpur and Global Indian International School. Moreover, there is also a college in Brickfields called Brickfields Asia College. The schools nearby Crescent Court are SK Taman Universiti (13.76 km), Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Kantan (18.58 km) and Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh Secondary School (18.98 km).Being located just outside the central of Kuala Lumpur, Crescent Court is accessible to a convenient public transportation network. Going to Bangsar LRT is less then 0.42km. The Masjid Jamek LRT is 2.81km away while the Chan Sow Lin LRT is 3.64km. Moreover, the KL Sentral station is located nearby providing numerous transportation choices such as KL Monorail, KTM Komuter, Express Rail Link and Rapid KL's Kelana Jaya Line.

    Being just 5 minutes from KL Sentral station, Crescent Court is situated in a very convenient location. Apart from the rails, there is also a wide network of Rapid buses running through the area. Due to its central location and the nearby extensive transportation services, Crescent Court has managed to capture the rental markets among those college students studying in the area. The rental for a room at Crescent Court is about RM400 per month inclusive of electricity and water. The rental yield is above 5%, which can be considered good given the property has been over 10 years.The town Brickfields is one of the major access points going into and out of the Kuala Lumpur city. As mentioned, there is a high density of schools plus wide arrays of business activities. All these together with the residential traffic can cause very bad traffic jam in the mornings and evenings.Brickfields is long being perceived as a notorious area with high rate of crimes and prostitutes trading. However, this negative image is slowly disappearing because of the 290,000 square meters KL Sentral development project. Other then being known as Little India, the town is also a centre of prostitution with prostitutes from South East Asia and local workers. They mainly station along Jalan Thambipillay.Apart from being a transportation hub, KL Sentral consists of hotels, condominiums, shopping complexes, office buildings, entertainment centers and convention. Since a large part of the KL Sentral project is to be built on the marshaling yard in Brickfields, the government has put in huge effort to clean up the whole area. The rapid development has left Brickfields an area mixed with small village type housing with high-rise modern living condominiums. The area has evolved from a residential to a commercial extension of downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is an area with good potential investment.
