The hype on the development of 51 Gurney has been around the market for years now. According to few websites, the developer has claimed that a private gatherings amongst members of the Hong Kong Supercar Club and members of Ferrari and Lamborghini Car Clubs has been held back then in mid-2008. However, up till this date, this development has not been launched. Among the drawbacks is its location which is not within the 'up-market' area such as KLCC or Bukit Ceylon. Besides that, its design is rather typical with the boxy-look. And with the high price tag of about RM1,000 psf, investors and buyers are spoilt for choice.
