Taman Sri Ehsan has only one single access road in and out of the housing development, which is Jalan Kepong, where traffic along the road is mildly congested during normal hours, and extremely congested during peak hours. As such, residents will always experience severe traffic congestion after work hours.Most of the tenants in Taman Sri Ehsan are Chinese. The neighbourhood is generally very quiet at all times of the day; quite possibly due to the fact that it is sandwiched between two very large cemeteries. It does however get extremely congested and noisy during "Cheng Beng" the Chinese All Souls Day, when throngs of families come to visit the graves.Many people would think of property in Taman Sri Ehsan to be good investment as it is freehold and located in the middle of the city; however, the neighbourhood is nevertheless quite old and rundown.
