Taman Sri Ehsan is a small freehold housing development located in the town of Kepong within the city of Kuala Lumpur. At only 20 minutes away from the city centre, it is very centrally located. The city of Petaling Jaya is equally as near, as are Mont Kiara and Bangsar. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is approximately an hour away from here.Taman Sri Ehsan consists mainly of single storey terrace houses and low to medium cost apartments, with the houses boasting average built-up sizes of 1,650 sf while the apartment units are sized averagely at 850 sf. There are no facilities in the area at all, and nestled within a corner of the development is the Kepong's RapidKL bus depot.The closest shopping complex to Taman Sri Ehsan is the Metro Prima Jusco Shopping Centre, which is only 8 minutes away, while the nearest medical healthcare facility is the Sungai Buloh Hospital that is approximately 15 minutes away. National schools are abundant within short driving distances, as are local banking facilities.Taman Sri Ehsan is well connected via the main trunk road Jalan Kepong which is located just beside the housing development. From here, there is direct access to the Selayang - Kepong Highway, while the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) is only 5 minutes away. Residents will find that public transportation is extremely convenient via both bus and train, with the Kepong Sentral Station within short walking distance from the residential area.

    Taman Sri Ehsan has only one single access road in and out of the housing development, which is Jalan Kepong, where traffic along the road is mildly congested during normal hours, and extremely congested during peak hours. As such, residents will always experience severe traffic congestion after work hours.Most of the tenants in Taman Sri Ehsan are Chinese. The neighbourhood is generally very quiet at all times of the day; quite possibly due to the fact that it is sandwiched between two very large cemeteries. It does however get extremely congested and noisy during "Cheng Beng" the Chinese All Souls Day, when throngs of families come to visit the graves.Many people would think of property in Taman Sri Ehsan to be good investment as it is freehold and located in the middle of the city; however, the neighbourhood is nevertheless quite old and rundown. Home buyers who work in Kepong or its vicinity and are looking for a new house in the area, would be able to find very affordable homes here.

    只有一条道路直接连接Taman Sri Ehsan,即Jalan Kepong。这条路在非繁忙时间至轻微堵车,但繁忙时间则动弹不得,因此,住户在下班时段得承受让人头疼的交通拥堵情况。这里环境幽静,多数住户是华裔,不过却被两个坟场夹攻,清明时节造成大塞车和噪杂。很多人认为这里的房子应该值得投资,因为它是永久地契和地点靠近首都市中心,但切记房子的房龄不小,外观相当陈旧。若在甲洞工作的人士要购置新家,这里的价钱应该算是很实惠。
