    Taman Indah Perdana is just one of the many housing developments located and squeezed into the area. Due to the limited number of access roads to the area, residents of Taman Indah Perdana generally suffer extremely bad traffic congestion during peak hours where the worst affected roads are Jalan Kepong and the Selayang - Kepong Highway.The neighbourhood of Taman Indah Perdana is typical of the older housing developments in Kepong, with most of the houses showing their age. The neighbourhoods are generally peaceful and quiet, while the houses closer to the main road suffer from noise and air pollution. Snatch theft problems are also a common problem that residents suffer from.Taman Indah Perdana does not stand as a good investment plan; firstly because of its leasehold title and secondly because of its location in a very old housing development.     位于甲洞的Taman Indah Perdana周边还有其他住宅区,由于出入此区的道路有限,所以住户都难逃堵车之苦,尤其交通高峰时段,Jalan Kepong和士拉央—甲洞大道的交通都非常堵塞。Taman Indah Perdana是甲洞区较老旧的住宅区,从外观看起来,多数的房子都“尽显老态”。靠近大马路的房子比较吵,住户可能还要承受车辆废气及空气污染,不过大致上此区非常宁静,只是偶尔还是传出掠夺案,住户需面对此风险。另外,Taman Indah Perdana属于租赁产权物业,而且坐落在一个老社区,并不是很好的物业投资对象,惟不少在城中工作的人士却认为此区是个理想家居,从近年来此区房价节节上升的趋势来看,证明此区仍受欢迎。
