As there are two industrial areas nearby (Kawasan Industri Bukit Desa and Kawasan Industri Taman Ehsan), renting out a condominium unit is also a viable option.Those who would want to stay in Perdana Puri will be able to enjoy easy access to schools and food. However, if you happen to work outside of Kepong, living here may be slightly inconvenient as the nearest public transport is 1km away (walk pass Aman Satu) and each condominium unit only comes with 1 parking slot.
