    Mas Kipark is a cosy apartment property with many facilities enjoyed by high-rise condos. Maintenance fees are about RM0.14 psf which is pretty affordable for all the facilities provided. A downfall is that there are no covered parking lots and the built up of each apartment is small. Parking bays are surrounding the perimeter and facing each respective unit. The property seems to be maintained well, clean and well-kept even though the property is at least 6 years old.It is a nice neighborhood which is self-contained with many amenities, within the property and even the surroundings. Families like the area as there are schools and even a university college within walking distance. Rental is very reasonable at RM 700-800 per unit. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each apartment. The area, KIP (Kepong Industrial Park) is just 10-15 minutes away from The Curve and Ikea Shopping district in Mutiara Damansara. Rapid KL Bus Depot and KTM Kepong public transportations are unfortunately not within walking distance, but merely a few kilometers drive away.     Mas Kipark的居住环境不错,拥有如同高楼公寓般众多设施,而管理费是每平方尺RM0.14,尚算合理。比较弱的一环是没有室内停车场,公寓单位面积也比较小。产业的管理不俗,环境清洁和打理得井井有条。这里胜在便利设施多,大专院校和公立学府步行可至。每个单位租金介于RM 700至RM800,价钱适中。甲洞工业区距离著名商场如The Curve和Ikea商场只有10至15分钟车程,不过Rapid KL巴士站和电动火车站不再步行范围内。
