The Breezeway is one of the few existing park home based residential projects in Desa ParkCity. Its inclusion as a new area, with new designs to meet demands, would prove as an attraction for future buyers who prefer to live within landed properties and still enjoy the beauty of the landscaping works and modern facilities. However there are some concerns of the density of the area. With many high rise buildings, the area might become too dense, and might lose its exclusiveness.
