    Analysis

    The entire project of Casaman has gross development value of RM300 million. It was launched on June 26 2010 with price tags from RM1.5 million to RM2.9 million. Even though the developer has claimed that Casaman is their last terrace houses development, there is news spreading saying that the new launches of 2011 will comprise of 212 terrace houses and 450 condominium units. The news was stated by the Group CEO himself, Mr Lee Liam Chye in Parklife magazazine (January 2011). If the new launch is real, Casaman buyers will definitely make more money from better price appreciation. However, they will also feel cheated – definitely.
