Damansara Sutera is nicely tucked away towards the end of the road, the furthest away from all the other apartments. Covered perimeter parking is provided for each unit, with plenty of facilities within the apartment property. A Cafeteria, mini market, swimming pool, 24hr security with access card entry system are amongst some of the amenities that residents enjoy. As of August 2008, the developer handed over the management to the Management Corporation of Damansara Sutera once the strata title was issued. Facilities and grounds seemed to be maintained well and should be expected since the maintenance fees are RM0.17 psf.
