    Analysis

    The area surrounding Casa Magna is congested and too busy with commercial activities day and night. Along driving towards the Metro Prima enclave, you might experience bad congestion because the road is narrow and there are a few traffic lights that you need to pass. And the congestion gets worse when you arrive in Metro Prima enclave. The area is bustling with commercial workers, visitors and residents who live here. It is chaotic. Depending on your unit, you might enjoy a serene view of the Kepong Metropolitan Lake Garden and the bustling Magna Prima township if it is facing north. If it is facing the east, you will enjoy quite magnificent view of the city centre skyline and KLCC Twin Towers (as long as your unit is higher than Sinar Apartment. According to a few buyers and investors, Casa Magna has delivered shoddy workmanship and low quality. But this is not the first time, as Casa Magna has failed to satisfy Plaza Metro Prima and Casa Prima buyers because of the same issues.
