It is also strategically located within the fast expanding town of Kepong, especially the Bandar Menjalara. The condominium is suitable for working adults and mid-sized families because of its location, functional designs, facilities, as well as the affordable price. In 2009, Medan Putra Condominium was in the news due to a Joint Management Body (JMB) lawsuit against the developer. In this lawsuit, residents claimed that the condominium, when run by the developer for about eight years, had faulty lifts, cracked walls, poor security and was dirty. As a result, the JMB was formed to take over the building management but the developer did a court injunction. Due to the ill-maintained building, the developer lost their case which was a sigh of relief for the residents.Since the residents won the case, the management was taken over by the JMB, and they have improved the condition of Medan Putra Condominium tremendously. The value has also increased steadily since its completion.
