Kestana Condominium was looking a bit tired but a new paint job is in the works seeing that its sinking fund allows a new coat of paint every 5 years. The property is endearing for its facilities and coziness. A low-density apartment with many amenities nearby, not to mention its own facilities with low maintenance fee of less than RM 0.15 per sq ft is pretty affordable. While there is covered parking in Kestana Condominium, it is situated outdoors and there aren't walkways to get to the bays further away from the building. In rainy weather, this can be rather inconvenient. For families, 980 sq. ft may not be sufficient space while all units come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accessibility to major highways and various parts of the Klang Valley makes Kestana Condominium a worthy choice. Residents enjoy frequenting the nearby Tesco hypermarket, various F&B outlets, petrol stations and banks which are key indicators of a thriving township.
