As a developer who were previously a corporate and property consulting firm, they understand the needs of home owners very well. As such, they provide very good competition in the market, especially with previous developments such as the Urban 360 in Gombak and Selayang 18 in Selayang. Traffic in the area of Dua Menjalara is generally smooth flowing; however, due to the many housing developments, hypermarket and schools in the area, traffic gets extremely congested during peak hours especially after work and after schooling hours. The main road Jalan Taman Bukit Maluri is usually slow moving in both directions, while traffic is heavily congested if heading in from Jalan Burung Hantu.Residences of Dua Menjalara will experience a very lively neighbourhood, suitable for the city dweller who scorn the lifestyle of peace and quiet.
