Analysis
Residents of Aman Puri face problems with the roads in the area which there have been complaints of potholes that damage the bottom of cars and is especially damaging on motorbikes. Action was taken by the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) to resurface the roads but the apparently never ending battle continues as more potholes form. Besides bearing with the bad roads, there have been comments from residents who used to live there that there are many foreigners who trash the place up and that the lift has a urine smell in it. However another resident commented that since the management was changed in 2009, the situation has improved.Aman Puri does not show potential as an investment even though it is close to many amenities as there are too many foreigners in the area for comfort, neither is it suitable as a permanent home for the same reasons as residents who stay there are looking to get out because of the aforementioned reasons.
