However, for a project this large and exclusive, there is a surprisingly lack of information on the housing development to be found anywhere, including the identity of the developer and its completion date.Although Taman Tasik Indah Mewah is well built and well designed in a good location, there is surprisingly still a number of units on sale; which might unfortunately have to do with its location as well. Traffic congestion on Jalan Ipoh during peak hours are legendary, where motorists can be stuck in traffic for hours on end.Besides the terrible traffic congestion that residents of Taman Tasik Indah Mewah will need to contend with daily, there is also the question of safety. Security within the housing area is undoubtedly promised to the residents, however Jalan Ipoh is famous for thievery and snatch thefts; and attempts of break ins can only be expected in spite of the extremely tight security.In spite of all that, Taman Tasik Indah Mewah would still be an excellent investment spot, if not for the fact that despite the hefty price tag of over 2 million, the houses are leasehold. Therefore as an investment, this development may not be the safest bet. However, as an own home, Taman Tasik Indah Mewah shows promise of being an excellent place to rear a family.
