    Mayland Group, one of the leading developers in Malaysia, has developed numerous dynamic projects in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya as well as in Johor. Founded in 199, by Tan Sri Dato’ David Chu, Mayland's upcoming projects include Daman & Sara Service Apartment, The Hermitage Service Apartment, Dorsett Residences @ Bukit Bintang, Nottingham Hill and Sri Putramas IV.Some of their completed projects are Menara Hartamas Condominium, Ampang Puri Condominium, Puncak Prima Condominium, Taman Teluk Gedong Low Cost Apartments, Prima Regency Service Apartments, Austin Terrace Houses (Phases 1, 2 and 3), Plaza Damas Shop Offices (Phases 1, 2 and 3), Mayfair Dorchester Service Apartment, Plaza Damas Superlink Houses and Windsor & Waldorf Service Apartment.This development was initially launched in mid 2008, where it was tagged at around RM350 psf.
