There were several problems faced by the residents in the past, such as defective window’s ledge and cracked ceiling, but they have been taken care off. The security of the premises has also been tightened since a robbery case back in 2005.One of the main appeals of Sri Putramas I is its beautiful landscaping and swimming pool. Even though the facade of the condominium looks slightly worn out, the facilities seem very well maintained. Furthermore, it has most of its facilities built on ground, instead of on carpark rooftop like Sri Putramas II and most newer condominiums. Each unit at Sri Putramas I is either facing KLCC or Mont Kiara, Segambut's factories, Genting and the railway track. Unfortunately, the units that face KLCC previously, are now blocked by the Royal Domain, except for Block E.Although there is only one or two covered parking provided, depending on which unit is purchased, it is great that residents have the option to buy a parking lot from the management for RM10,000 each. Otherwise, one can ask around for a parking lot available for rental from any condo-owner at Sri Putramas I. Investment wise, the price has appreciated to at least 400k in recent years. As for its rental, it starts from RM1,500 and above depending on its location and the number of car park provided. Sri Putramas I can be considered as a good property investment as the area is still young and will be developed in the future. With the right unit and the right price, you can definitely gain high rental yield.According to the estate agent in 2013, Sri Putramas 1 is better in environment compare to Sri Putramas 2. This is because Sri Putramas 1 has many facilities built on the ground compared to Sri Putramas 2 which is above the ground.
