    Traffic in the PangsaRia area is horrendous due to insufficient parking spaces within the few low-cost developments nearby, therefore, residents have to resort to double parking. It is said that even ambulances and fire brigade trucks cannot access the location due to the already narrow road being heavily double-parked.
