    The Desa Pandan area used to be a squatters area. Over the years, Naza TTDI had cooperated with various government agencies like Kuala Lumpur City Hall to give Desa Pandan squatter area a facelift. This resettlement project involved 1,700 households which is approximately 8,500 residents. Desa Pandan comprises mostly of medium to low cost apartments which is estimated at around 1,920 units. Residents on the upper floor might also be able to have a view of the Royal Selangor Polo Club Polo Field which is a clubhouse offering many recreational activities. But the view is limited as it is blocked by Menara Polo.Apart from that, there is also a short cut from Baiduri Apartment to Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) via narrow roads.
