There is news saying that Pusat Bandar Damansara commercial blocks are going for redevelopment in the future to increase its value. There are a few keen companies have shown interest in the project including Sime Darby and Malton. The job is valued at RM700 million and might involve demolishing certain portions of the old structure to make way for a new development.The area of Pusat Bandar Damansara is jam-packed with staffs, visitors and students from morning till evening. The car parks have never been enough to cater the patrons and there are lines of cars parked on the road sides. The problem will be worse after the completion of Damansara City and Twins. Traffic jam is a common scenario in the enclave. Expect long crawls along Sprint Highway to enter Pusat Bandar Damansara in the morning. However, its evening traffic is much better, but the traffic woes become terrible near to Bangsar, Sri Hartamas, Seksyen 17 and before Jalan Duta.
