Monte Bayu boasts superb panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city centre skyline with KLCC and KL Tower as the background towards the north-west. On the other side, the view offered is the green and untouched Bukit Sungai Putih Reserve Forest. Residents of Monte Bayu enjoy fresh cool air coming from the forest almost all day long. As Monte Bayu is located at the hill slope, there is still risk of landslide. Even though the foundation of the site should be very strong, we are just human and cannot escape from natural disaster. There is a Muslim graveyard located a stone's throw away from Monte Bayu, just besides Block B. However, you might not notice it from your unit as you will definitely be too amazed with the picture-perfect view of KL city centre from your balcony. IJM did not do well in terms of workmanship for this condo, there are no tiles on the common corridor and the corridor is very narrow, it make one feel like low cost flat when walking along the corridor towards the unit.The area is lacking of exclusivity feel, as Monte Bayu is surrounded by light industrial lots, low cost apartments and villages. You shall pass all these low cost areas on your way up to your residence.
