Cemara Apartment is a low-cost flat, having decent accessibility to commercial areas. Taman Bukit Hatamas towards the east is being developed, with numerous residential developments such as Tiara Hatamas. The sub-sale prices have stagnated just below RM100,000 for some time now, though it is still plausible as a buy-to-rent investment as the place is cheap and cheerful, with good connectivity. However, the area has many residential developments, resulting in bad congestion during the peak hours; the exit onto the Cheras - Kajang Highway during peak hours is particularly horrendous.
