Bandar Sri Permaisuri is a fast growing residential cum commercial enclave with aplenty of high rise low to medium-cost apartments, as well as condominiums. Hence, the area density is very high and one can evidence the insufficient parking space as cars are being parked on the roadsides at all times at any of the residences.However, The Lumayan is a good place to stay if you are within a tight budget. The selling price and rental rate are yet very affordable for the middle-income group. Most condominiums' rental rate in Klang Valley is at least RM1,500 nowadays, but this condo is still affordable below RM1,000 and complete with 24-hour security and a swimming pool. Besides that, The Lumayan is nicely located facing 2 lakes and surrounding by greenery. It also boasts KLCC view and KL city centre skyline.
